Kin Dee Street Kitchen opened in the northeast corner spot locals knew for years as Wonton King, with one goal: give Calgary a real taste of Lao cooking — still rare in Alberta — beside the Thai street food dishes this city already loves. The menu stays short, the spice stays honest and the pricing stays affordable.
